My Favorite Character
While there are many characters I absolutely adore in each of my novels I have a special place in my heart for Diana from the Society of Feathers series. She is the only character that is based off of a real person and out of all of the characters her background story is the most complex. It is revealed slowly over the course of all three books in the trilogy because in so many ways her younger life comes back around full circle and it is a major part of her character development. It has been amazing to write but more than that, the woman I based her character off of is dead and writing Diana has helped me remember her and no longer miss her in the same way because now every time I do I just think about her and continue writing. She was an inspiration to me in her life and even now continued to be a major inspiration to me always.
